Appealing a Social Security decision (Juntas de recurso)

In the event of a negative decision by the committee the applicant may challenge the ruling; however, such a challenge must be supported by a substantiated clinical expert opinion. Ask us to assess the chances of a successful appeal in the event that new information arises not previously known to the Committee, of clinical or supporting documents which were improperly submitted or interpreted, or if information arises which has become more relevant in the meantime (such as the aggravation of an illness).

No caso da decisão da Junta da ARS ser negativa o requerente pode reclamar devendo apresentar, no prazo de dez dias, o nome do Médico que o irá defender na Junta de Recurso. Se estiver nestas condições solicite o nosso acompanhamento.
