The authors, who have concentrated on studying confirmed vascular changes in degenerative arthropathies of the knee in recent years, describe the lymphoscintigraphic anomalies found with this type of pathology. After a brief account of the methodology used with the 114 patients studied, they give several examples to illustrate the morphological results obtained. They highlight the anomalies found by indirect functional lymphoscintigraphy of the knee. The authors establish a clinical and biological correlation between the results of lymphoscintigraphy and varying degrees of degenerative arthropathy of the knee.
